As an Inbound Call Center Agent, you will answer incoming calls from consumers, pre-qualify callers, and transfer qualified calls to licensed sales agents. This role involves high inbound call volume, following approved scripts, and meeting daily performance and attendance expectations. No cold calling or outbound dialing is required.

Ability to work full-time with consistent and reliable attendance. Strong communication skills and comfort handling a high volume of inbound calls. Ability to follow scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines. Dependable, punctual, and able to meet performance and productivity expectations in a fast-paced call center environment. Candidates must provide their own equipment, including a reliable computer, high-speed and stable internet connection, and a proper headset. Minimum hardware requirements include 8 GB RAM, a 1.5 GHz processor or higher, Windows 10 or Windows 11, and a quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for taking calls. Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
