The Client Engagement Coordinator plays a vital role in fostering strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients. This position is the primary point

of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, expectations are exceeded, and they receive the highest level of service. The coordinator acts as the internal advocate for the client, driving satisfaction, retention, and identifying growth opportunities.

 Citiside Properties is a property management company that manages properties for investors with portfolios of homes and/or multi-unit apartments needing off-site management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams.
  • Onboarding & Implementation: Facilitate a smooth transition for new clients, coordinating onboarding activities, setting up necessary accounts, and ensuring successful service implementation.
  • Communication: Maintain regular, proactive communication with clients via email, phone, and scheduled meetings to check on satisfaction levels and address any concerns promptly.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the first escalation point for client issues, swiftly coordinating with appropriate internal departments to find resolutions and communicating updates back to the client.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect, analyze, and report client feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement in products and services.
  • Data Management: Accurately update and maintain client records, activity logs, and engagement metrics within the CRM system.
  • Retention & Growth: Monitor client satisfaction and usage metrics to proactively identify at-risk clients and collaborate with the sales team on opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.


Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, such as Account Coordinator, Customer Service, or Client Relations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and [mention required secondary language, if applicable]).
  • Technical
  • Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts professionally.
