Job Requirements: Technical Skills:
CRM experience (Pipedrive, Asana, Monday, Airtable, or similar)
Strong written and verbal communication
Document preparation and organization
Basic financial/business terminology comfort
Email management and scheduling tools
Work Requirements:
Full-time availability: 9am-5pm Eastern, Monday-Friday
Reliable internet connection and workspace
Self-managed workflow (minimal supervision)
Ability to learn complex tax strategy concepts
Personal Attributes:
Obsessive follow-through (hates things falling through cracks)
Proactive problem-solver (fixes before being asked)
Detail-oriented without perfectionism paralysis
Independent decision-maker with good judgment
Professional relationship management skills
Experience Preferred:
1-2 years in operations, admin, or client coordination roles
Pipeline or sales support experience
Experience working with financial advisors, CPAs, or tax professionals (bonus, not required)

Responds within 24 hours to messages
Takes ownership of results, not just tasks
Willing to work on performance-based compensation structure
