Hours: The agent will work from 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Pacific Time with 1 hour break.

Job Responsibilities

• Response to office emails and telephone calls
• Administrative tasks such as entering invoices to software, data entering, listing, lease creation, lease renewals, etc.
• On-boarding owners and tenants
• Owners and Tenants Relationships
• Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Service or Management

Job Requirements

Great written and verbal communication in English, detail-oriented, great work ethic, reliable, problem solver, self-motivated, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and exceptional customer service skills.
