Role Overview
We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist and Sales Enablement Specialist who owns outbound lead generation, especially LinkedIn outreach, from strategy to execution, and brings a sales mindset. This role is not about sending messages or simply booking calls. It’s about creating conversations that turn into opportunities
You will be responsible for:
● Generating leads.
● Understanding each lead’s needs, context, and pain points.
● Matching leads to the right offer within the Castegy portfolio.
● Directing leads to the correct next step so no qualified lead is left behind.
You will receive structured training on:
● Our different audience profiles.
● Their pain points and goals.
● Every offer and service within Castegy.
This will enable you to confidently guide prospects toward the best-fit solution, rather than using a one-size-fits-all pitch.
You’ll work closely with Vlad our founder and leader, and the growth team to identify ideal prospects, test messaging, optimize outreach systems, and consistently generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Outreach
● Build, manage, and optimize LinkedIn outbound campaigns.
● Identify and refine ideal customer profiles for different offers.
● Write, test, and improve outreach messages and follow-up sequences.
● Manage conversations from first contact through qualification.
Sales-Oriented Qualification and Matching
● Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their current situation, goals, challenges, and constraints.
● Qualify leads based on fit and readiness.
● Match leads to the most relevant Castegy offer or service.
● Direct leads to the appropriate next step, such as a call, funnel, resource, or handoff.
Pipeline and Optimization
● Track leads, conversations, and outcomes in CRM systems.
● Monitor response rates, conversion rates, and opportunity flow.
● Proactively suggest improvements to messaging, targeting, or process.
● Collaborate with leadership to refine positioning and offers based on real conversations.
Required Experience
● Proven experience in B2B lead generation.
● Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach.
● Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and outreach software.
● Sales background in inside sales, SDR, BDR, or consultative sales.
● Ability to qualify leads and uncover needs through conversation.
● Excellent written communication skills.
● Comfort working with CRMs and outreach tools.
