Marketing Assistant (Remote) – TriHaz Solutions + Plastic Fusion

Full Job Description

TriHaz Solutions (trihazsolutions.com) and Plastic Fusion (plasticfusion.com) are growing B2B service companies serving industrial and regulated markets across the U.S. We’re hiring a Marketing Assistant to help execute marketing operations across content, email, social, CRM support, reporting, and sales enablement.

This role is for someone who is organized, proactive, and can own execution without constant oversight.

Compensation:

-$1000/month salary

-US paid holidays

What You’ll Do:

Content + Brand

- Support leadership with content planning and outreach that drives engagement in target markets

- Maintain brand standards across marketing materials, messaging, and communications

- Build customer success assets (case studies, testimonials, proof points)

Email + Social

- Create and send email marketing campaigns and help build opt-in lists

- Manage social channels with a consistent, professional posting cadence

Sales + Marketing Ops

- Support sales leadership with CRM updates, tracking, and reporting (Salesforce)

- Monitor and report on Lead Forensics and CallTrackingMetrics (daily checks, monthly reporting)

- Maintain and update sales assets (one-pagers, decks, capability statements)

PR + Communications

- Support PR efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and HARO-style queries

- Assist with internal and external communications when needed

Digital + Web

- Support digital marketing performance tracking and campaign reporting

- Oversee website/domain/hosting administration and website licenses

- Coordinate with vendors as needed (including Shopify administration where applicable)

Events + Logistics

- Manage trade show logistics and follow-up processes

- Manage association memberships, renewals, and related communications

- Coordinate printing and specialty needs (collateral, labels, business cards, signage, promo items)

Reporting

- Provide monthly marketing performance reporting with KPIs and campaign outcomes

Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years in marketing (B2B preferred; agency experience welcome)

- Working knowledge of SEO/SEM, digital strategy, and email list growth

- Strong writing and communication skills, especially for technical industries

- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

- Comfortable learning and managing tools, dashboards, and processes quickly

Preferred tools/experience (nice to have):

- Salesforce, Canva, email marketing platforms, GA4/basic analytics, marketing automation

- Basic photo/video creation and editing

- Degree in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred, not required)

Work Schedule & Availability:

- Full-time, Monday–Friday

- Required availability from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM CST
