We’re United Oaks, a fast-growing land investment company redefining how land is bought and sold in the U.S.

Marketing is key to everything we do, and we’re looking for a sharp, driven Virtual Assistant to join our team and help lead our acquisition and disposition outreach efforts. This is a remote position with room to grow into more senior roles like Marketing Ops Manager or Marketing Director. You’ll be running outbound marketing campaigns via text, email, and ringless voicemail, and taking inbound calls from interested sellers and buyers, so excellent conversational English and great communication skills are a must.

This is a fast-paced role where adaptability, sales experience, and a proactive attitude are essential.

Job Responsibilities

You’ll manage weekly outbound campaigns using SMS, RVM, and email tools.

You’ll be responsible for keeping templates updated, testing message performance, cleaning and organizing lead lists, coordinating follow-ups, and improving systems as you go.

A key part of the role involves handling inbound calls, which means strong phone presence, sales instincts, and excellent communication skills are required.

You’ll also use tools like Notion, Zapier, and spreadsheets daily.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to system improvements while gaining deep experience in real estate investment marketing.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent English skills, both written and spoken, as you’ll be texting and speaking with leads directly. Strong communication, organizational abilities, and sales instincts are crucial. You’ll need experience with marketing tools like LaunchControl, Slybroadcast, or SmarterContact. Intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is expected. Prior experience with Notion or real estate is a plus. We value people who are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and excited to take initiative in a remote work environment.
