Bear Brothers Cleaning, a cleaning service based in Alabama, is seeking an Operations Manager to help it bolster its expansion in a new city.

Opportunity:

You have the opportunity to make a lot of money in this role! Your base will be $4 an hour, but that is not where the money is made. You will earn $5 per successful clean (and you're not even the one doing the cleaning!).

All you have to do is sell the cleaning on the phone, assign a cleaner to clean, communicate that to the cleaner, and ensure the cleaner shows up to clean and successfully cleans! Boom—you get $5 (and if the clean is recurring, you continually get $5 every time). You're essentially building recurring revenue for yourself!

Our goal in 2026 is to hit $50K per month in revenue with this new location (we've already hit $20K/month with our older location). $50K divided by the average clean cost of $200 = 250 cleans. 250 x $5 = $1250. That means you could potentially secure $1250 per month in commission payment (and that's not including base).

• $2 per 5-star review
• $5 per successful clean
• $10-$20 per successful hiring
• $20 personal weekly booking record
• $20 location weekly revenue record
• $25 per monthly recurring revenue record
• $25 per 100 new 5-star reviews
• $25 per monthly revenue record
• $10 team total booking record
• 5% of total gross profit on specialty cleans
• $25 per year anniversary
