Order Tracking & Processing Specialists at Rehabmart play a vital role in ensuring that every customer order is fulfilled accurately, promptly, and transparently. Acting as the bridge between vendors, internal teams, and customers, this position oversees both order processing and order tracking to ensure all products reach the customer’s door as promised while maintaining clarity, accuracy, and professional communication throughout the process.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives on managing complex workflows. Over time, the Specialist will contribute to improving fulfillment efficiency, reporting accuracy, and process documentation that supports Rehabmart’s long-term growth and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Process incoming customer orders and inquiries with speed and accuracy.
• Communicate order status, pricing, and availability updates via email, phone and chat.Ensure shipping requirements and deadlines are met for every order.
• Obtain, verify, and record tracking information from vendors and carriers.
• Proactively follow up with vendors and customers to reduce delays or incomplete orders.
• Monitor and report weekly on order-tracking metrics, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with the Quotes, Freight, and Vendor Relations teams to improve cost efficiency and delivery reliability.
• Process incoming requests for installation orders.
• Support automation projects that streamline Rehabmart order processing.
• Help troubleshoot lost or delayed shipments and provide prompt customer resolutions.
