Mission
The mission of the Outbound Sales Specialist is to aggressively and consistently generate new revenue through outbound sales, converting national lead flow into paid green card cases and driving the firm’s growth from a $1.4M practice toward a $10M national immigration law firm. This role exists to push growth forward—by converting opportunities others won’t, securing strong payment terms, and creating the cash flow needed to scale marketing, lead generation, and infrastructure.
Why This Role Matters
Outbound sales is a critical growth lever for Tingen Law. Success in this role enables the firm to expand nationally, dominate a focused green card niche, and fund additional lead sources and marketing channels. Consistent outbound performance of $150,000–$200,000 per month (30–40cases) moves the firm toward its next major milestone—becoming a $2.5M firm on the path to $10M.

The ideal candidate has prior outbound sales experience, strong closing skills, and a proven track record of hitting ambitious targets. They learn quickly, apply immigration law accurately to sales conversations, communicate with confidence and authority, and are comfortable pushing for commitment and payment. They are highly organized, resilient, competitive, and take full ownership of results, pipeline health, and performance metrics.
Compensation
Base compensation begins at $1,200 per month, plus a minimum 1.5% commission on all sales $100,000. Top performers who consistently exceed $150,000–$200,000 per month will earn higher commissions tied directly to firm growth.
