Hiring Immediately — U.S. Real Estate Investor — Long-Term Role
I am looking for an experienced Real Estate Lead Manager / Virtual Assistant who can handle:
lead follow-up, cold calling, texting, CRM management, seller qualification, and appointment setting for a real estate investment company focused on wholesaling, fix & flip, and off-market leads.
This role begins at 20 hours/week and can grow to full-time within 1-3 weeks based on performance.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are a real estate investment business operating in Florida. We buy off-market properties, manage a steady inbound and outbound lead flow, and focus on wholesaling, fix & flip, and rental acquisitions. We value clear communication, accountability, and long-term team members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Call, text, and follow-up with motivated seller leads
● Manage and update CRM (ReSimpli experience is a bonus)
● Handle lead intake, seller qualification, and property information gathering
● Run lead nurturing and drip campaigns
● Cold call and text direct-to-seller lists, niche lists, and older leads
● Set appointments for the acquisitions manager
● Follow proven acquisitions and lead management scripts
● Maintain organized pipelines and notes
● Notify owner of hot or time-sensitive leads
REQUIRED SKILLS
● Strong English (verbal & written)
● Experience as a Real Estate VA, Lead Manager, Acquisitions VA, Cold Caller, or Appointment Setter
● Comfortable making outbound calls to motivated sellers
● Excellent communication & follow-up skills
● Tech savvy and fast learner
● Experience with ReSimpli, Podio, CallTools, Mojo Dialer, Batch, or similar REI tools is a plus
● Able to follow systems and scripts effectively
