Remote Outbound Sales Agent – Non-Standard Auto Insurance (US Market) – High-Energy Closer Wanted!

Full Job Description

We're a growing San Diego-based non-standard auto insurance agency looking for driven, resilient sales agents from the Philippines to join our remote team. You'll make outbound calls to warm and cold leads, build quick rapport, qualify prospects, and close high-risk auto insurance policies. This is a high-volume, performance-driven role with real earning potential through commissions + base. We already have three agents fully trained and crushing deals—now we're scaling the team! Job Responsibilities

Make 50–100+ outbound calls per day (high stamina required – full focus from first ring to close). Qualify leads, understand their needs, and present the best coverage options (not just the cheapest – find the right fit for each driver)Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals independently. Use our scripts, CRM, and quoting tools while thinking critically on every call. Track your activity and results daily.

When fully trained, sell 3 policies per day.

Job Requirements

Proficient Customer Service skills (ability to properly direct calls on the spot)- Strong hunger and stamina to push through long call sessions and stay motivated even after tough calls

- Critical thinking skills – go beyond copy/paste scripts; analyze each lead's situation to quote the smartest, most valuable policy (not just the lowest price)

- Proficient English (clear and confident) – willing and excited to improve your accent toward advanced/neutral level for better

- US customer connection (we'll support with resources)

- Bonus: Ability to speak Spanish is a big plus (extra leads and higher close rates!)- Reliable quiet workspace, strong internet, headset, and computer- Previous outbound sales/call center experience preferred (insurance a huge plus, but not required)
