Full Job Description

You will support our growth by calling cold and warm leads, qualifying opportunities, and booking qualified appointments for our team. This role is suited for a confident communicator who is disciplined with follow-up and accurate CRM updates.

Compensation includes a fixed monthly base plus performance-based commissions tied to qualified appointments and consistent follow-through. Commission structure is based on lead source and appointment quality, and details will be shared during the interview process.


Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Call cold and warm leads daily and follow a structured outbound workflow
  • Qualify prospects based on fit, timing, scope, and decision-making process
  • Book qualified appointments and confirm attendance
  • Follow up by phone and email with a professional, high-trust tone
  • Track activity and update lead stages in Zoho CRM
  • Use spreadsheets and documents to log outreach, outcomes, and notes (Excel, Word)
  • Coordinate basic scheduling and internal handoffs so leads move cleanly to the next step
  • Provide weekly reporting on outreach volume, conversations, appointment set rate, and lead feedback
  • GoHighLevel experience is a strong plus for pipeline and follow-up workflows


Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish and English, written and spoken
  • Prior experience in appointment setting, outbound sales, or lead qualification
  • Strong phone presence, calm communication, and professional follow-through
  • Comfortable working from scripts while sounding natural
  • Ability to stay organized across many lead conversations and follow-ups
  • Proficient with Gmail, Excel, and Word
  • Experience with Zoho CRM preferred, GoHighLevel is a plus
  • Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and ability to make consistent outbound calls
